Job Title Crypto Growth Manager & Community Specialist: High-Volume P2P Network (BTC, ETH, USDT) Project Overview We are expanding an active peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto desk focused on high-volume buying and selling of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). We need an experienced, well-connected crypto community manager and business development specialist to build our private Telegram hub, source legitimate high-volume buyers/sellers (whales and active traders), and implement a secure deal flow structure. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Source and onboard verified P2P traders, bulk buyers, high-net-worth crypto holders, and sellers looking for liquid BTC, ETH, and USDT. Conduct targeted outreach across existing trading hubs, Discord networks, OTC networks, and Web3 trader groups. 2. Telegram Community Architecture & Growth Set up a clean, high-conversion private Telegram group and announcement channel. Integrate security, moderation, and anti-scam bots (Rose, Combot, Safeguard, captcha verification). Seed real discussions, daily price updates, and liquidity order books to maintain active daily trading volume. 3. P2P Deal Flow & Escrow Setup Structure standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order execution (how buy/sell orders are posted, locked, and settled). Integrate reliable Telegram escrow mechanisms, multi-sig setups, or smart bot frameworks to protect both counter-parties from fraud or chargebacks. Required Skills & Experience Proven Crypto Network: Verifiable background sourcing OTC/P2P clients or running liquidity operations. Telegram Mastery: Deep technical experience setting up moderation bots, tiered access channels, and custom automations. Risk & Fraud Prevention: Complete understanding of P2P fraud vectors (triangulation scams, fake transfer receipts, chargeback fraud) and strict counter-party verification. Market Knowledge: Flawless grasp of spreads, network transaction fees, and cross-border settlement rails. Screening Questions for Applicants 1. Title: Crypto OTC / P2P Client Acquisition Specialist (BTC, ETH, USDT) - Commission / Retainer Overview: We operate an active liquidity desk providing high-volume peer-to-peer (P2P) exchange for BTC, ETH, and USDT. We are looking for an experienced Crypto Deal Sourcer / OTC Broker with an existing network to bring active buyers, sellers, and institutional/whale traders to our trading desk. Core Responsibilities: - Directly source high-net-worth (HNW) crypto buyers, mining pools, merchants, and bulk sellers. - Introduce counter-parties looking to move $10K–$250K+ per transaction in BTC, ETH, and USDT. - Onboard active traders to our secure Telegram execution channels. - Maintain counter-party communications to ensure repeat deal flow and liquidity matching.

Compensation

Structure: - Commission per closed volume (e.g., 0.2% – 0.5% cut of executed trade spread) OR Base Retainer + Volume Performance Bonus. - No volume caps: Higher volume directly multiplies your payout.

Requirements

- Existing, verifiable connections to crypto traders, OTC desks, importers/exporters, or local P2P arbitrageurs. - Solid understanding of escrow workflows, spreads, and safe settlement procedures. - Absolute integrity and fraud awareness (understanding chargeback risks and counter-party vetting).
