graphic design with Canva

Canva job: adapt an existing brochure into a 16-page portrait PDF guide, in English and Portuguese I have a finished 10-page brochure designed in Canva (landscape, custom page size). I need it adapted into a portrait PDF guide that reads well on phones and desktops. What needs to be done: - Convert the existing design to A4 portrait: 16 pages in total, 10 adapted from the original and 6 new. - Keep the existing design: same fonts, colors, layout style, and photos. This is an adaptation, not a redesign. - Add the 6 new pages in the same style, using text I will provide. - Choose a few images for the new pages, where appropriate, matching the style of the existing photos (Canva's library is fine). I will provide instructions and suggestions for these images. - Cover: I will provide the image (portrait already included). It can become the full page with the text on top, or it can be placed on the page keeping the title of the guide not overlaying the image, whichever works better in the design. - Make the existing booking button and email address clickable. I will provide the URL. - Test the PDF export to make sure the links work and the layout is correct. Once the English version is approved, create the Portuguese version by duplicating the finished design and replacing the text with my Portuguese text, adjusting text boxes where needed. What I provide: - Access to the original Canva design -- the new design should be created in my Canva account. - A Word file with the final English text, organized page by page, with notes on images and formatting. It shows which pages are new and where they go. - The new cover image. - The final Portuguese text, in the same page-by-page format. Deliverables: - Both designs (English and Portuguese) in my Canva account, fully editable, with no locked elements. Please let me know: - Your price for this job. - Delivery time. - One or two examples of similar Canva work.
