Translate Russian Financial Documents

I have a set of Russian-language financial reports and invoices that I need to circulate to our English-speaking partners. The material is packed with balance-sheet items, revenue notes, VAT references and payment terms, so I’m looking for someone who is completely at ease with accounting vocabulary and can deliver a translation that sounds natural yet remains faithful to every figure and footnote. Because these files will be sent directly to clients and investors, the copy must read like polished corporate communication rather than stiff legal prose. Layout matters as much as wording: tables, column headings, signatures and stamps should all appear in the English version exactly where they sit in the original. Most documents arrive as editable Word and Excel files, with a handful of scanned PDFs; if an OCR pass is needed, please include it in your process. Using a CAT tool such as Trados, MemoQ or Wordfast to keep terminology consistent is a plus, but feel free to propose any workflow you trust. Deliverables • Complete English translations of every report and invoice, supplied in the same format as the source (Word, Excel or PDF). • A mini-glossary of key Russian financial terms with their chosen English equivalents. • A note flagging any unclear figures or discrepancies you discover during translation. Acceptance criteria: numbers cross-checked, terminology consistent, grammar spotless and design elements preserved so the files can be forwarded immediately.
