Comprehensive Mixed Data Entry

I have a collection of digital files that contain both text and numeric information. I need every piece of that mixed data transferred accurately into a structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets-whichever you are more comfortable with). The files arrive already digitized, so no scanning or OCR is required; this is purely an exercise in careful, error-free typing, copy-paste, and basic formatting.
