Senior Revit MEP Coordination Specialist

I am in the design-development phase of a large, technically demanding project in Bengaluru and need a Revit veteran with at least 10 years of hands-on BIM experience. Your focus will be on HVAC and plumbing: developing accurate Revit models, refining design intent, and driving day-to-day coordination with architecture, structure, and electrical teams so the combined model stays clash-free and construction-ready. You will receive the current federated model and design drawings. From there, I expect you to update and detail the HVAC and plumbing layouts, create or modify families where required, flag conflicts early, and attend our weekly coordination calls (IST friendly). Familiarity with common coordination tools—Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360 or similar—will help you hit the ground running. Deliverables • Updated Revit files for HVAC & plumbing reflecting the latest design-development decisions • Coordination reports / clash results issued after each review cycle • A brief handover note summarising model assumptions and next steps Quality, speed, and clear communication are paramount.
