I will provide the plot’s exact measurements, local zoning limits, and any photos you need as soon as we kick off. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools, just let me know which format works best for you so I can review and hand the plans straight to my contractor. Deliver a printable PDF plus original editable files, and I’ll handle the rest from permitting through build-out.
