Recruiting Agent for 2100 Cleaners

I’m growing two cleaning services nationwide and need an energetic recruiter who can start right away. Your core mission is to reach strong leads by phone (email will supplement when useful), screen them, and add qualified prospects to our same-day-jobs roster until we hit 2,100 active cleaners. During the first three weeks you’ll work through structured, paid training at $3/hour. This period lets us both confirm the fit while you learn our scripts, tracking sheet, and follow-up cadence. Training pay is released every Friday here on Freelancer; your first regular payment follows immediately after the training window. Should everything run smoothly, you’ll step into the ongoing Hiring Manager role for both companies.
