Fitness Veda Naari Shakti – Complete Marketing Tracking, Influencer Tracking & Owner Dashboard

We are looking for a Google Sheets and Google Apps Script expert to develop a complete Marketing Tracking System for our business, Fitness Veda Naari Shakti. Our existing CRM is built on Google Sheets and Apps Script, and it must remain unaffected during this project. The main deliverables include: 1. Meta Ads Tracking: Track campaign performance metrics like CPL, revenue, and profit. 2. Influencer Tracking System: Maintain detailed records of influencer collaborations, costs, and performance comparisons. 3. Owner Marketing Dashboard: Provide a user-friendly dashboard with filters for marketing spend, leads, orders, revenue, and profit/loss calculations. 4. Order Tracking Integration: Link marketing leads with order data from the existing CRM without altering its workflow or scripts. 5. Expense Tracking: Separate expense entries for Meta Ads and influencers with accurate calculations to avoid duplicate entries. Technical Requirements: - Use Google Sheets + Google Apps Script only. - Ensure scalability for future influencers/employees. - Backup and error handling mechanisms must be included. - No changes to the existing CRM without prior approval. Budget: ₹3,000–₹5,000 INR (Fixed) Milestones: 1. ₹500 – Existing CRM analysis and approved plan creation. 2. ₹1,500 – Development of tracking sheets for marketing, influencers, expenses, and lead/order matching system. 3. ₹1,500 – Creation of Owner Dashboard with reports and testing of calculations. 4. ₹500–₹1,500 – Final testing, bug fixes, documentation, source code handover. Final delivery will include a fully functional system with proper testing using sample data.
