Portal Feature Explainer Clips

I’m refreshing the onboarding resources for https://tendersagent.com and need a set of short, animated micro-explainers that quickly show users how to get the most out of the portal. Each clip should feel lively, branded, and clear enough that a first-time visitor instantly understands the workflow without pausing or rewinding. Scope The goal is purely educational—every video must demonstrate “how it works” rather than selling the platform. Animation is the preferred style, so think clean motion graphics or character-driven visuals that can be layered over concise voiceover and on-screen text. Feature focus Please create one clip for each of the portal’s core functions: • How to use the tender search • Setting up notifications • Managing tender submissions • Bid tracking • Document vault • Tender tasks Runtime & format Aim for 30–60 seconds per feature, delivered in 1080p MP4 plus editable project files (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent). Include English voiceover and burnt-in captions for accessibility. Brand assets, colour palette, and a test login will be provided once we kick off. I’ll review first storyboards before you move to full animation; two rounds of revisions per clip are included in the schedule. When you reply, share links to at least two comparable animated explainers you produced and a brief outline of the workflow you’ll follow from script to final render.
