Chinese B2B Outreach & Agency Partnership Specialist Build International Business Connections with ECG Pakistan! About the Project Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is a UFI Member and one of Pakistan’s leading trade fair organizers. We are looking for a reliable, Mandarin-speaking freelancer currently residing in mainland China to help us connect with prospective business agents and develop agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

Contact agents from our provided directory and introduce ECG Pakistan using approved company materials. - Share our official agency package and verify or update contact information. - Follow up professionally and record each agent’s response as Interested, Not Interested, or Pending/No Response. - Identify interested agents and connect them with our Vice President (VP). - Maintain accurate contact records, communication history, and follow-up updates. - Support potential Agency Agreement signings through appropriate follow-ups. Payment & Performance Bonuses - $20 per 20 agents with documented Yes/No responses. - $1 per additional agent with a documented Yes/No response beyond the first 20. - $50 for full-directory completion when every assigned agent has a clear Yes/No response. - $1 per qualified VP connection successfully completed. - $20 per signed Agency Agreement resulting from your outreach. Performance bonuses are additional to the applicable fixed payment. Pending or unanswered contacts do not count as confirmed Yes/No responses. Payment terms will be clarified before work begins.

Requirements

Currently residing in mainland China. - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with good English communication skills. - Experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or contact research preferred. - Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain accurate records and respect opt-out requests.
