AI-powered Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager Needed

Help us build the future of content creation with AI. At AFFILY, we're building AI-powered tools that help creators, brands, and businesses produce better video content. We're also building something alongside the product: a global content brand focused on AI video generation, AI-powered editing, creative experimentation, and entrepreneurship. We're looking for a creative, independent, AI-native person who can take ownership of our content execution. This isn't a traditional social media manager role. We want someone who can take a founder's raw recording, idea, or AI experiment and transform it into exceptional content — then make sure it gets published and reaches the right audience.

What you'll do

Turn raw recordings into engaging, professionally edited short-form videos. Use AI tools to enhance footage, create B-roll, improve editing, and experiment with creative formats. Repurpose content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Create practical AI tutorials, educational guides, carousels, and written posts. Develop strong hooks, storytelling structures, captions, and thumbnails. Own the content calendar, scheduling, and publishing process. Build AI-assisted workflows to make content production faster and more efficient. Research creative trends and proactively suggest content ideas. Review content performance and continuously improve our approach. Who we're looking for You are a creative operator who enjoys taking responsibility for the entire process. You don't need someone telling you exactly what to do every day. You can take an idea, develop it, execute it, and deliver a finished result. You should have: Strong video editing and storytelling skills. Practical experience using AI tools in content production. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience creating content for social media. A good understanding of hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, and audience retention. Strong organization and independent execution skills. Curiosity about AI video generation and emerging creative technologies. Experience with tools such as Ai video editing tools, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT, Claude, Make, or n8n is a plus. You don't need to know all of them. What makes this opportunity different? You'll work directly with AFFILY's founder, helping build a global personal brand around AI video creation and entrepreneurship. You'll have room to experiment with new AI technologies, develop creative workflows, and influence how our content production system evolves. We're a small team, so your work will have real ownership and visible impact. Working arrangement Fully remote, open to candidates worldwide. Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week, with scope agreed together. Flexible working hours with reliable communication and deadlines. Initial paid trial, with the possibility of a longer-term collaboration.
