Luxury Resort Brochure & Branding

I’m preparing the launch material for an exclusive wellness resort set amid a farmhouse community and need a designer who can translate that sense of quiet opulence onto paper. The core of the assignment is a 24-page, rich-and-opulent brochure that places the farmhouse lifestyle front and center while still conveying the resort’s wellness ethos. Think polished typography, generous white space, tactile finishes, and imagery that whispers luxury rather than shouts it. Because there’s no preset palette, I’ll rely on your eye for refined colour harmony—tones that feel rooted in nature yet unmistakably high-end. A one-page illustrated location map will sit near the back of the book; accuracy and elegance carry equal weight there. Alongside the brochure I also need a fresh corporate logo plus a complementary set of project logos that will live across print, web, and on-site signage. Cohesion between the marks and the brochure’s visual language is essential. Deliverables • 24-page brochure: print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi) and an interactive PDF for screens • One-page location map, consistent with brochure style • Corporate logo and project sub-logos: vector originals (AI/SVG), PNG, and EPS exports • All packaged files (InDesign, linked imagery, fonts) so my print house can go straight to plate I work in a tight feedback loop—expect timely comments and clear art-direction references. If you’re comfortable crafting premium collateral in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and have a portfolio that proves it, I’m ready to move quickly.
