Customer Mobile App (Android & iOS):KYC & Verification: Mobile OTP login, Aadhaar OTP authentication, Driving Licence upload, and Live Selfie Match (min. 85% accuracy).Booking & Plans: Support for 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day rental plans.Payments & Wallet: Integrated payment gateway (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) with an in-app wallet for rent deductions and security deposits (₹2,500 - ₹3,000).Features: Vehicle inspection photo upload (4 sides), Geo-fencing alerts, and Battery Swap/Charging station locator.2. Web Admin Dashboard (Fleet & Operations):Automated Rules: Auto-Lock if the vehicle crosses the geo-fence or wallet balance is low. Auto-Unlock upon successful recharge. Auto-Deduct rent daily in the morning.Return & Inspection Module: Post-rental vehicle checklist with photo/video proof, damage deduction calculator, and automated security deposit refund (15-30 days cycle).Analytics: Fleet utilization tracking, battery swap history, support ticket management, and GST-ready financial reporting (Excel/CSV export).3. Technical Requirements:API-First Architecture: Ready for future integration with delivery aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) and IoT/GPS telemetry.Security: Role-Based Access Control, MFA for admins, and encrypted storage for user PII/KYC data.Separate Dev, Staging, and Production cloud environments.What We Expect From You:Proven experience in Mobility, EV Rental, Fintech, or Fleet Management platforms.Complete hand-over of source code, UI/UX design files, API documentation, and IP ownership.Post-launch hypercare/warranty support.
