Responsive Website with Data Management

I need a single professional to both design a responsive website and handle the initial data population that powers it. The site’s primary role is to showcase information about my business, yet it must also let visitors submit contact and enquiry forms, place orders and payments online, and give customers or staff the ability to log in and review their records. Behind the scenes the build has to capture and organise three kinds of information for me: customer contact details and enquiries, order-payment-delivery data, and core business records such as inventory, staff details, and reports. Accuracy in entering this material into the chosen CMS or database is as important as the code itself. You are free to propose the stack—WordPress, Laravel, MERN, or another framework—so long as the final product is mobile-first, loads quickly, and is easy for me to maintain. Include any plugins, payment gateways, or libraries you plan to customise so I can approve them before you start.
