Comprehensive Brand Development & Digital Marketing Strategy

PI Contracting is an Abu Dhabi–based company serving villa owners in the UAE through technical assessments, renovations and improvements, smart-home upgrades, and ongoing maintenance and care. We help owners understand their property’s condition, resolve problems, improve comfort and functionality, and protect its long-term value. Our target customers include new villa owners, existing owners planning improvements, and owners seeking reliable ongoing care. The brand should feel professional, premium, modern, and trustworthy, with clear messaging that makes our services easy to understand. I am looking for a freelancer to develop our logo and brand identity, including colours, typography, brand guidelines, and reusable marketing templates; design and build a mobile-friendly, SEO-ready website on picontracting.ae with clear service pages, enquiry forms, lead capture, and initial WhatsApp click-to-chat integration; and develop and manage our digital and social media marketing. This should include setting up or optimising Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating a content plan and regular posts, and planning and managing Google and Meta advertising focused on qualified enquiries and bookings. Please propose a phased launch plan, deliverables, timeline, and separate pricing for initial setup, ongoing management, and advertising spend. Include lead and conversion tracking, monthly performance reporting, and scope for future CRM and WhatsApp API integration. All accounts, website assets, and editable design files must remain under my company’s ownership.
