职位介绍

I’m putting together a compact, fully-isolated I/O board that will sit beside a 5 V microcontroller and handle all the dirty work of motion control and field wiring. Everything on the board is driven only by 5 V logic from the MCU; power for motors, relays, and field devices will be brought in externally through the pluggable connectors you’ll place on the PCB. Core requirements • Two closed-loop stepper channels: each needs step/dir outputs plus the matching encoder feedback lines, all galvanically isolated. • Eight relay outputs, also isolated. • Eight to ten isolated limit-switch inputs. • Two isolated RS-485 channels with a jumper option that lets me break out the raw UART pins when needed. • One I²C header for a small on-board display module. • All field connections on 3.8 mm pluggable terminals and every part kept to 1206 footprint or smaller so hand reflow is easy. What I need from you 1. Complete schematic in KiCad or Altium. 2. Layer-stack and PCB layout that respects clearance for the isolation barriers and keeps the overall board reasonably compact. 3. Clean silkscreen labeling for every connector pin so wiring mistakes are unlikely. 4. Production-ready Gerbers, drill files, and pick-and-place data. 5. BOM with part numbers that are actually available right now (no unicorn chips). I’ll review the schematic first, then the layout, and finally the manufacturing files. Payment milestones will track those three stages. If you’ve designed mixed-signal or motion-control boards before, this one will feel familiar—just remember: only 5 V logic in, everything else isolated out.
