The finished piece should feel professional yet personal. • Prominent, inviting call-outs that prompt readers to “Call us for advice” rather than pushing them to forms or websites. • Deliver a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, full bleed) plus a web-optimised PDF I can email or post online.
