Scope of work • Triage and resolve bugs as they surface, prioritising critical issues that affect user experience or payment flow. • Ship regular feature and security updates, plus any larger upgrades the roadmap calls for (new class types, community tools, integrations, etc.). • Proactively monitor the codebase, servers and third-party APIs, recommending optimisations before they become urgent. • Provide daily progress snapshots—short, actionable notes in the agreed channel—so I always know what was tackled, what’s next and whether you need input. My current stack is well-documented and you’ll receive full repo access, staging credentials and previous release notes on day one. Continuous integration is already in place; you’re free to refine the pipeline as long as deployments stay automated and reversible. Deliverables 1. Stable production builds for iOS, Android and Web at each agreed release. 2. A concise changelog and test report for every push. 3. Security patching within 24 hours of a critical alert. 4. Quarterly summary of code health, performance metrics and proposed improvements.
