ADNOC-Compliant Crane Lifting Plan

I am preparing to lift bulk materials on an ADNOC site and need a complete, submission-ready lifting plan built around crane operations. The document must satisfy every clause of the current ADNOC CoP for Lifting & Hoisting as well as the relevant UAE and international standards so that it can pass review without revision. You will work from the site information, load data and crane capacities I provide, then develop the technical package that ADNOC expects.
