Squarespace redesign + Square checkout + one-time download links + daily sales report (music label)

DESCRIPTION: I'm delivering a project for an independent music label and need one experienced developer to build it end to end. The client has already been let down once, so I'm hiring for quality and on-time delivery, not the lowest bid. Current site: https://www.gorgeoustiger.com (Squarespace) Reference layout to match: https://trptk.com SCOPE 1. Squarespace redesign (~70% of the work) - Rebuild the homepage to match TRPTK's structure: large featured-release hero, "Latest releases" cover grid, featured artist block, newsletter strip, multi-column footer. - Reusable templates for a single release page and an artist page, so the client can add new albums/artists without a developer. - Fully responsive. Fix existing issues: site title still says "Your Site Title", YouTube icon links to Squarespace's channel, "Login Account" menu link goes nowhere. 2. Track previews - 10–15 second preview clips (real cut clips, not full tracks with a timer) embedded on release pages with a clean player. 3. Customer accounts - Squarespace built-in customer accounts / login wired to the menu. No custom password database. 4. Newsletter - Connect the existing newsletter block to a proper list (Squarespace Email Campaigns or Mailchimp) with an automatic welcome email. 5. Square checkout + one-time download delivery - Squarespace cannot use Square for online checkout, so: "Buy" buttons link to Square checkout (Square Payment Links / Checkout API). - On successful payment (Square webhook), a serverless function generates a SINGLE-USE signed download link to the album file (ZIP) stored in Cloudflare R2 or AWS S3, and emails it to the buyer. - Album files may be several GB (hi-res audio). No 300 MB limits. - Simple admin way to re-issue a link if a buyer's download fails. - Must be designed so physical products can be added to Square next year without a rebuild. 6. Daily sales report - Scheduled cloud job pulls the previous day's sales from the Square API and emails an Excel (.xlsx) report to a configurable list of agencies. - Proposed columns (final list to be confirmed): date, order ID, release title, track/album, ISRC/UPC, quantity, unit price, gross, fees, net, buyer country. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - All cloud accounts (storage, functions, email sending) created under the CLIENT'S ownership, with credentials handed over at the end. - Running costs must be near zero at low volume (free tiers where possible). - Short handover doc + a screen-recorded walkthrough of how to add a new release and upload its files. TIMELINE 8 working days from award. Hard deadline. MILESTONES 1. Homepage + release/artist templates live on a staging/password-protected version 2. Previews, accounts, newsletter + welcome email 3. Square checkout + one-time download links, tested end to end with a real test purchase 4. Daily Excel report running on schedule + handover RULES - You work through me only.
