Electrical EPLAN Schematic Design for Industrial Machine

We need an experienced Electrical Engineer / EPLAN Specialist to design the electrical schematics for an industrial filling machine with vibratory motors. The project consists of two separate panels: a Main Control Panel and a Remote HMI Enclosure. Scope of Work: • Complete electrical schematic design in EPLAN Electric P8 for both panels. • Power circuit (400V AC) in the Main Panel for 2x vibratory motors and a braking device. • Control circuit (24V DC) for the PLC, safety relay, and pneumatic valves. • Hardware-based safety circuit (E-stop loop via Pilz safety relay). • Interconnections (terminals/cables) between the Main Panel and the HMI Enclosure. • 2D cabinet layout for both enclosures & Bill of Materials (BOM) export. Key Hardware Distribution: • Main Panel: Siemens S7-1200 PLC, Pilz Safety Relay, Peter Electronic AC-VersiBrake 230/400 (triggered via contactor NC contacts), and power distribution. • HMI Enclosure: Siemens KTP400 Basic HMI. • Total I/O count: 10x DI, 5x DO.

Requirements

• Proven experience with multi-enclosure industrial systems and IEC 60204-1 standards. • Clean EPLAN drafting habits (proper location designations like +MAIN and +HMI). Deliverables: EPLAN backup (.zw1), PDF schematics, and BOM (Excel).
