Design Novel Geophysical Sensor System needed

We are looking for an experienced Geophysical Instrumentation Engineer to design and develop a prototype hardware device for gold exploration and underground mineral detection.

Requirements

Experience in geophysical instruments, mineral exploration, or metal detection hardware. Strong knowledge of electronics, PCB design, sensors, and embedded systems. Experience with electromagnetic induction, pulse-induction, or resistivity/IP survey equipment. Ability to develop, assemble, calibrate, and field-test a working hardware prototype. Experience with embedded firmware and sensor data acquisition. Our in-house software team will handle the application development. The freelancer will focus exclusively on hardware design, prototype development, and testing. Engagement: Freelance / Contract Experience: 5+ years preferred Budget and timeline: Negotiable based on expertise and proposed solution.
