Reverse Recruiter for Poland – Referrals & Recruiter Outreach

I am looking for a Job Search Networking / Reverse Recruiting Specialist to help me generate interview opportunities for jobs in Poland. I will provide the specific job openings and companies I want to target. I do NOT need someone to search for jobs or submit applications for me. Your job is to use professional networking and targeted outreach to help connect me with the right people inside each company. For each job opportunity, I need you to: Identify the relevant recruiter, Talent Acquisition specialist, or Hiring Manager. Identify 2–4 relevant employees inside the company who may be suitable to approach for an internal referral. Contact relevant employees professionally and try to obtain an internal referral. Contact the recruiter or hiring manager directly when appropriate. Send personalized LinkedIn messages and/or professional emails. Follow up when appropriate if there is no response. Work toward creating a real connection that can lead to a recruiter call, screening call, or interview. My main goal is to get interview opportunities through professional connections, employee referrals, and direct recruiter/hiring-manager outreach. I am not looking for someone who only finds contact information, sends one message, and considers the task finished. I need someone who actively follows up and works toward a meaningful hiring connection. Once an employee, recruiter, or hiring manager shows genuine interest or wants to speak with me, the communication should be handed over to me so I can continue directly and attend the interview. I understand that nobody can guarantee a referral or interview. However, the work should be focused on maximizing the chance of reaching an interview, not simply sending a high number of messages. Outreach must be personalized, professional, and natural. No spam or mass copy-paste messages. Polish language is not required. Experience with the Polish or European job market is a plus. Initial paid trial: 3 job opportunities. If the quality of the outreach, targeting, and follow-up is good, I am interested in continuing with more jobs.
