Dubai Villa Extension Load Calculation

I need a qualified structural engineer to prepare a full load-calculation package for a residential villa in Dubai. The scope is limited to an extension on the ground floor where several rooms will be pushed outwards; no additional levels are being added. Your report must satisfy current Dubai Development Authority (DDA) guidelines so that I can submit it directly without amendments. That means: • Accurate gravity and lateral load calculations for the new walls, columns, slabs, and any modified foundations. • Clear references to the applicable UAE codes, plus supporting hand or software output (STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, or similar). • A concise summary sheet with governing load combinations and allowable capacities. • All sketches or marked-up drawings showing critical sections and load paths. I’ll provide existing architectural and structural drawings in DWG/PDF and a site photograph set. Deliverables are the complete calculation report in PDF, editable source files, and an updated structural drawing sheet ready for my architect’s title block. I’ll review for consistency with the original villa drawings and DDA checklists; final acceptance is given once the Authority confirms the submission is technically complete.
