Commercial Building CAD Drafting

I need an experienced AutoCAD drafter to jump into an ongoing commercial building project and produce clean, construction-ready documentation. This is strictly architectural drafting: you will translate my design sketches and mark-ups into precise floor plans, matching exterior elevations, and the accompanying detail drawings that contractors expect on bid sets. The source material—hand sketches, PDFs, and reference DWGs—will be supplied at kick-off. You’ll build everything in AutoCAD (latest release preferred) using my layer, line-weight, and annotation standards so the files integrate smoothly with the rest of the project set. Titles, scales, and sheet numbering should follow US architectural conventions. Deliverables • Fully dimensioned floor plans (DWG + PDF) • Coordinated exterior elevations (DWG + PDF) • Key wall, door, and window details called out on the plans (DWG + PDF) I review drawings in Bluebeam, so send iterative PDFs for mark-ups; final DWGs are released once redlines are closed.
