Residential Foundation Structural Design -- 2

I need a qualified civil engineer to prepare the structural design for the foundations of a new residential building. The focus is strictly on the foundation system; super-structure and interior work are out of scope for now. What I expect: • Complete foundation calculations that satisfy current local codes. • Dimensioned foundation plans, sections, and details ready for my architect and builder to reference (PDF + editable CAD). • A concise design report explaining assumptions, soil parameters, load paths, and material specs. I will supply the architectural floor plan and any available geotechnical data as soon as we begin. Please include the software you plan to use (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or similar) and an estimated turnaround time in your proposal.
