Junior Barista For Home Café

I run a small specialty coffee setup from my home in Al Ain and need an extra pair of hands as soon as possible. Day-to-day you’ll be dialling in espresso-based drinks—the beverage you feel most confident with—while also preparing V60 pours and matcha creations. A tidy, well-organized station is non-negotiable, and because you enjoy interacting with customers, you’ll fit right into the relaxed, chatty atmosphere I want guests to experience.

The role

is strictly on-site, so you must already be in or able to commute to Al Ain. Basic barista skills are enough; I’m happy to provide further training for the right person who is reliable, clean, friendly, and eager to learn.
