Oracle PL/SQL Optimization & Development

I’m looking for a seasoned Oracle specialist to help me push my database layer to the next level. PL/SQL development is the heart of this engagement, and I need robust, well-structured code that is both fast and maintainable. Here’s what I expect you to handle: • Build and refine PL/SQL Procedures, Functions, and Packages that manage data insertion, updates, and deletion across very large tables. • Tune slow-running SQL with smart indexing, rewritten joins, and thoughtful use of aggregates so every call meets performance targets. • Embed solid validation and error handling throughout the code so bad data never reaches production. • Supply clean deployment scripts and concise technical documentation so the DBA team can roll out changes safely and repeatably. Deliverables: • Optimized SQL query set • Production-ready PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages • Deployment/rollback scripts • Data-validation reports confirming accuracy and integrity • Technical document outlining logic, parameters, and performance benchmarks I work primarily in Oracle 19c with SQL Developer, though familiarity with MySQL or SQL Server is a bonus for cross-platform thinking.
