Accountability Assistant for Personal Projects

I'm a busy person in Switzerland with several personal projects (fitness, learning, social life etc). I have enough plans and ideas and can coach myself. What I need is someone who makes sure I do what I said I would do, every week.

What you will do

weekly video call, max. 30 minutes: go through last week's goals (done / not done), note my weekly numbers, agree on 3–5 goals for the next week. -send me regularly a short check-in ("How are goals xyz going?"). - Keep a simple Google Sheet: goals, done / not done, numbers. - Enforce our rules: if I miss a goal, the agreed penalty applies. You ask for proof by Sunday 21:00 and note it. No negotiation; rules only change when discussed in a videocall and written down. - No advice or ideas are needed. But when you think you can contribute with your ideas, then you of course ask if Im interested to hear your ideas. Time and schedule - About 1.5–2 hours of time investment per week, i hope long-term. - Calls will be on friday, saturday or sunday, we always refer to the time in: Swiss time (CET). - Reply to messages within 12 hours.

Requirements

Fluent English, written and spoken. - Reliable and punctual. Never miss the Sunday call without 24 hours' notice. - Signal is the preferred app for regular check-ins. - Friendly but firm. You don't let me off the hook. - Discreet: everything I share stays between us. Trial Two paid weeks as a trial. If it works, we continue for longer.

How to apply

Start your bid with the Sentence "Discretion is really important to me, because". Bids without it will be deleted immediately. Then present yourself and why we should work together. Then answer: 1. Suggest a few timeslots (CET) for the first videocall? 2. I missed a goal and ask you to skip the penalty "just this once". How do you respond? 3. Have you done accountability, coaching or assistant work before? One or two sentences.
