Telugu Finance Channel Editing

I run a brand-new Telugu–language YouTube channel that explains personal-finance concepts. For every shoot I will hand over the full raw footage (screen-capture, talking-head). I need you to turn that into one polished long-form video in an educational and professional style, then carve out eye-catching shorts that showcase highlights from the same material. Thumbnails are handled elsewhere, so your sole focus is the edit. The long video must flow cleanly: remove dead time, tighten pacing, balance audio, colour-correct, add smooth transitions, relevant lower-thirds, charts or call-outs, and any light animations that clarify numbers. Telugu text overlays and subtitles are mandatory, so native-level fluency is essential. From that timeline, pull out the strongest moments and create multiple vertical shorts (YouTube format) that instantly hook viewers and drive them back to the main upload. Deliverables • 1 fully edited long video (1080p or better, ready to publish) • A set of shorts (vertical, up to 60 s each) built from the long-form highlights • All project files so I can make future tweaks if needed Please be comfortable working in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable NLE you prefer.
