Creative Video Editor Needed – Music Promotion & Social Media Project Description Hi everyone! I’m Alex Dion, an independent singer-songwriter, and I’m looking for a talented and creative video editor to help promote my upcoming single, “One Day I’ll Be Gone.” I’ve recently shot a professional music video and have plenty of raw footage, behind-the-scenes clips, and additional visual material that I’d like to turn into engaging short-form content for social media. What I’m looking for: * Create short, engaging videos (15–30 seconds maximum). * Edit content specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (9:16 vertical format). * Use footage from my official music video, behind-the-scenes material, and unused clips. * Create dynamic, original, and visually appealing edits that capture attention within the first few seconds. * Synchronize editing, transitions, and visual effects with the music. * Come up with creative ideas and concepts rather than simply cutting footage together. * Help build a distinctive visual identity that stands out from typical music promotion content. The Goal The objective is to promote my new single, attract new listeners, and create content that people genuinely want to watch and share. I’m particularly interested in someone who understands current social media trends but can also bring fresh, original ideas.
