I’m looking for a video editor to turn podcast/interview footage into engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We have plenty of long-form content, but need help finding the best moments and turning them into clips that actually hold attention.
* Create 5 short-form videos, 20–60 seconds each * Find strong moments and create engaging hooks * Tight cuts, pacing and retention-focused editing * Add clean captions, B-roll and relevant visual elements * Use subtle zooms, motion and sound effects where appropriate * Deliver in 9:16, 1080×1920 The content will focus mainly on business, entrepreneurship, marketing and creator conversations. I'm looking for someone who understands short-form content, not just someone who can cut clips. Please send 2–3 relevant examples of Shorts/Reels you've edited. Budget: $30–$80 for the initial 5 videos, with potential for ongoing work if the quality is a good fit. Looking forward to seeing your work!
