I handle a steady stream of customer enquiries through WhatsApp and need a freelancer who can jump in and reply almost as soon as a message arrives. The job is purely chat-based: read each incoming text, choose or adapt one of the quick-reply templates I’ll provide, and keep the conversation friendly, clear, and on-brand. Because we rely on WhatsApp’s own Balasan Cepat feature, you should already be comfortable using WhatsApp Business shortcuts so response times stay under a few minutes. All messages are in Indonesian, with the occasional English question, so solid Indonesian and at least basic reading comprehension in English will help. Your deliverable is live customer support during the agreed-upon hours plus a concise end-of-shift note that flags any issues I need to review myself.
