## Part-Time Social Media Manager – Instagram & Facebook **Budget:** ₹5,000/month **Work Type:** Part-time / Freelance **Platforms:** Instagram & Facebook **Workload:** Light / Flexible ### About the Project I am looking for a **freelance social media manager** to improve and maintain an existing political/public-facing Instagram and Facebook account. The Instagram account currently has an unorganized feed, repeated posts, poor-quality uploads, and inconsistent captions. The **main priority is to completely clean up and reorganize the existing Instagram account** and give it a much more professional, clean, and consistent appearance. ### Main Initial Task – Instagram Cleanup & Reorganization I will provide you with the original photos/videos and relevant information. Your responsibility will be to: * Review the existing Instagram account * Identify and remove outdated, duplicate, and poor-quality posts * Reorganize the account/feed so it looks clean and professional * Repost the important/usable old content using the original high-quality photos/videos I provide * Write better, relevant,t and engaging captions for the posts * Maintain consistent formatting and presentation * Avoid unnecessary repetition of the same content * Make sure photos/videos are uploaded in good quality * Organize the feed so that it looks coherent when someone visits the profile **The main goal is to transform the current Instagram profile from an unorganized feed into a clean, professional-looking public profile **.** ### Ongoing Monthly Work After the initial cleanup, the regular workload will be relatively light: * **3–4 posts per week** * **6–7 Reels per month** * Write captions for posts and Reels * Basic editing of Reels * Schedule/post the content * Maintain consistency across Instagram and Facebook * Suggest simple content ideas when appropriate ### Reel Editing I am **not looking for advanced/high-end video editing**. Basic editing is sufficient, such as: * Cutting/trimming clips * Adding suitable music/audio where appropriate * Basic transitions * Adding simple text when required * Improving the overall presentation * Exporting/uploading videos in good quality The focus is on making the Reels **clean, decent-looking, and engaging**, not highly cinematic or complicated. ### What I Will Provide I will provide: * Original/high-quality photos * Original videos * Information/details about events and posts * Required context for captions * Direction and approval for important content You will mainly be responsible for **organizing, editing, writing captions,s and publishing the content professionally. ** **** ### Requirements You should have: * Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook * Basic Reel/video-editing skills * Good Hindi and English writing ability * Good understanding of captions and social-media presentation * Attention to detail * Ability to maintain good image/video quality * Previous social-media work/portfolio is preferred You do **not** need advanced graphic-design skills or high-end video-editing skills. ### Important This is a **part-time role with a relatively light workload**. I am not looking for a full-time social-media agency or someone doing highly advanced content production. The most important thing is that you can take the existing content I provide and **present it much better than it is currently being presented.** ### Payment **₹5,000 per month** Please apply with: 1.
