I have a set of scanned documents that need to be re-typed with care into an Excel spreadsheet. The work must be 100 % manual—no OCR or automated tools—so that spelling, punctuation, and formatting remain exactly as shown in the originals. Scope • Read each scanned page line by line. • Enter every value, label, and note into the correct Excel columns I will supply. • Maintain the order of rows and any headers or sub-headers that appear in the source pages. Quality Expectations • Zero transcription errors; double-check figures, dates, and names. • Consistent capitalization and spacing across the entire sheet. • Flag any handwriting or unclear characters for my review instead of guessing. Deliverable A clean, fully populated Excel file ready for immediate analysis.
