Virtual Meeting Business Representative

I need a reliable freelance representative who can step into my Zoom or Google Meet sessions and handle three types of interactions for me: prospect-facing sales presentations, occasional customer-support calls, and our internal team meetings when I am double-booked. Clear, confident English is a must, and because many of our contacts change from region to region, you should also be fluent in at least one additional language—feel free to tell me which. Success in the role depends on: • Strong, personable communication that keeps every attendee engaged • Fast, pragmatic problem-solving when unexpected questions or technical hitches arise • A solid grasp of our SaaS product (I will provide onboarding materials and schedule a rehearsal session) Deliverables I expect from each meeting: 1. A concise written recap (key decisions, next steps, owner & due dates) within two hours. 2. Updated CRM/Help-Desk ticket, if applicable. 3. Video recording link checked for sound and stored in the shared drive. If you already run screen-sharing demos, manage breakout rooms, or have experience with HubSpot, Intercom, or similar tools, please highlight that.
