Social App Usability Testing Feedback

I’ve just wrapped an early build of a social-media mobile app and need fresh, first-time users to put it through its paces. After installing the iOS or Android build I provide, you’ll explore the main flows—account creation, feed browsing, posting, and profile editing—exactly as any brand-new user would. What matters most to me is clear feedback on three areas: • Ease of navigation – Can you find what you need without thinking? • Visual design – Do the layout, colours, and typography feel intuitive and appealing? • Feature usability – Do posting, reacting, and messaging behave as you expect? Deliverables 1. A short screen recording (voice-over welcome) of your first ten minutes in the app. 2. A written summary (1–2 pages) detailing what felt smooth, what confused you, and any quick wins you’d suggest. 3. A simple 1–5 rating for each of the three focus areas above, with a one-sentence justification for each score. Please run the test on a real phone—not an emulator—and note the device model and OS version in your report. No prior experience with the app is expected; in fact, being completely new to it is essential for authentic insights. I’ll review every submission and follow up quickly if I need clarification.
