Project Scope: Website Migration Transfer the complete WordPress website, including all files, databases, images, and content. Maintain the existing design, layout, and functionality. Configure the new server, SSL certificate, and required settings. WordPress & Plugin Updates Update WordPress, PHP, and all existing plugins to current, compatible versions. All plugs ins should be subscription free. Resolve any compatibility issues resulting from the updates. Identify any outdated or unnecessary plugins for review. Testing & Migration Complete the migration and updates on a staging server before switching the live website. Test all pages, links, contact forms, and functionality on desktop and mobile. Ensure minimal downtime and a seamless transition. Maintain a full backup of the original website in case restoration is required. Ensure our existing business email services are not affected. Final Handover Confirm the website is fully operational following migration. Provide full administrative access and hosting credentials. Ensure the website is secure and automatic backups are configured. Quote & Timeline Please provide: A fixed-price quote for the complete migration and updates. An estimated project timeline and completion date. Any anticipated downtime. Recommended hosting requirements and associated costs. A post-migration warranty period to address any issues related to the transfer. We are not interested in an ongoing website maintenance or support contract.
