Crypto Business Development Specialist Needed

I’m a private crypto investor preparing to launch a new crypto project, and I’m looking for someone to support Business Development and external relationships. This is a hands-on BD role focused on connecting with the right people, arranging conversations, following up with potential partners, and helping build relationships across the crypto industry. Typical responsibilities may include: • Reaching out to crypto projects, founders, service providers, investors, and potential partners • Arranging and coordinating partnership and business-development meetings • Joining selected calls and helping move conversations forward • Following up with contacts after meetings • Researching potential partners, crypto projects, agencies, events, and business opportunities • Helping prepare short introductions, outreach messages, and partnership proposals • Maintaining an organized list of contacts, conversations, and follow-up status • Attending crypto conferences and networking events such as TOKEN2049 when required • Introducing the project to relevant people and building new industry relationships • Supporting other business-development tasks related to the project as needed Crypto/Web3 experience is essential. You should already understand the industry and be familiar with common areas such as wallets, exchanges, DeFi, infrastructure, tokens, and major crypto ecosystems. I’m looking for someone who: • Has previous experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Growth, or a similar role • Has real experience working in crypto/Web3 • Communicates confidently in written and spoken English • Is comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations • Can represent the project professionally in meetings and events • Is organized with follow-ups and relationship management • Can work with North American and Western European contacts when needed • Is open to occasional international travel for important crypto events Because a large part of the role involves partners and events in North America and Western Europe, I prefer candidates who are based in regions with convenient time-zone overlap and good access to international crypto conferences.
