Node.js Backend Scripting

I’m building an application and need a skilled backend hand to own the server-side scripting in Node.js. The work revolves around writing clean, modular code that handles business logic, authentication, and interaction with existing services. While Python or PHP were options, Node.js fits the rest of my stack, so deep knowledge of its asynchronous patterns, Express (or similar), and modern ES6+ practices is essential. You will take my existing requirements, create the necessary endpoints, wire them to the current database layer (already in place), and make sure everything deploys smoothly on a Linux VPS. Performance, error handling, and clear in-code documentation matter to me; I want the next developer to understand your work at a glance. Deliverables: • Well-structured Node.js modules for all server logic • A concise README with setup and deployment steps • Postman (or similar) collection demonstrating every endpoint works I’ll review by running automated tests and checking response times under load, so please build with scalability in mind.
