Spreadsheet or PDF Refinement

I already have the core content in place but the file itself isn’t doing its job. Here’s what I expect: the existing file reviewed line by line, layout streamlined, any broken links or formulas corrected, and the final version delivered back to me fully functional and ready for everyday use.
