The content must read like hands-on guidance rather than theory, showing readers exactly how to complete each project from start to finish while still explaining the underlying principles clearly. You’ll be working with engineering content exclusively and the end goal is a polished manuscript ready for publication. Expect to weave together clear explanations, step-by-step instructions, detailed diagrams (I will supply sketches when needed), and concise summaries that help readers apply what they learn. Key deliverables: • Full manuscript of approximately 10 projects, each complete with objectives, required materials, procedures, troubleshooting tips, and real-world applications • A short introduction, conclusion, and glossary of technical terms • Consistent formatting ready for print and e-book platforms (Word and PDF) I value accuracy, an approachable tone, and logical flow. Familiarity with common engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is a plus for producing diagram references, but not mandatory if you can coordinate well with a designer.
