NY Civil (Real Estate) Litigation Paralegal Assistance

I need a seasoned paralegal to step in quickly to assist with both document preparation for a law suit in 4th department of NY against a real estate brokerage. I am under contract to purchase a house and the brokerage has misrepresented the square footage. I would like to file a lawsuit against the brokerage for a number of different causes of action. In the very short term, I need assistance preparing and filing a compliant, and then subsequent assistance with preparing and filing all other documents. I am an attorney, but I have no litigation experience so I am not sure how to prepare the documents filed with court. Here’s what I’m looking for right away: • Drafting and refining pleadings—specifically a new Complaint as well as Answers/Responses that comply with CPLR requirements and local court rules. • Preparing discovery documents, including demands, interrogatories, responses and accompanying supporting exhibits. • Pulling cases, statutes, and secondary sources to back the claims and defenses you help draft.
