Perk works best when it connects seamlessly with the tools and platforms our customers already rely on. From ERP and accounting systems to workplace software, mobility providers, technology platforms, and emerging AI ecosystems, these third-party relationships can directly shape the value customers get from Perk. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Partnerships to own and build those relationships. Unlike our Growth Partnerships and Supplier Partnerships teams, this role isn’t responsible for generating sales pipeline or supplier commission revenue. Its goal is to make Perk’s product and customer experience stronger through the third parties we depend on and integrate with. You’ll determine where strategic relationships can unlock the most customer value, build and manage those partnerships, secure the access and agreements our teams need, and work closely with Product and Engineering to turn them into successful customer-facing experiences. This is a new role at Perk with significant opportunity to define how Product Partnerships should work as we scale. What You’ll Do Build our product partnership strategy: Translate Perk’s product and company priorities into a clear roadmap of third-party relationships across areas such as ERP and accounting, business software, mobility, integration platforms, and AI. Own strategic partner relationships: Serve as Perk’s primary relationship owner for the external platforms and technology companies that enable or enhance customer-facing product experiences. Unlock Product and Engineering: Secure the developer access, API licences, programme memberships, certifications, marketplace approvals, and other partner support our teams need to build and maintain integrations. Structure and negotiate partnerships: Lead commercial and strategic discussions around API access, data, licensing, marketplace participation, co-marketing, and other partnership terms, working closely with Legal, Security, Finance, Product, and Engineering. Partner with Product on priorities: Bring the partner and market perspective into roadmap discussions while Product Managers own product requirements and delivery. Help determine which external relationships and integration models create the greatest customer value. Own the partner lifecycle: Manage relationships from initial engagement through integration, certification, launch, ongoing roadmap alignment, escalations, programme changes, and renewals. Drive adoption and customer value: Work with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to ensure partnerships aren’t simply launched—they are discoverable, useful, reliable, and adopted by customers. Build the Product Partnerships playbook: Establish how Perk evaluates, prioritises, launches, measures, and manages product partnerships as this function grows. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem partnerships, business development, or a product-adjacent role within SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology. Experience building and managing complex relationships with technology or platform companies, ideally including developer, API, certification, or marketplace programmes. Comfortable working with Product and Engineering and understanding technical concepts such as APIs, OAuth, data models, sandboxes, and integration dependencies without needing to be an engineer. Ability to distinguish between an interesting partnership and one that will meaningfully improve Perk’s product or customer experience. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills across both external partners and senior internal stakeholders. Able to move complex initiatives forward across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Sales without relying on direct authority. Comfortable defining the strategy, operating model, priorities, and processes for a new function rather than inheriting an established playbook. Able to build the case for a partnership and measure its impact through adoption, customer experience, integration quality, and other relevant outcomes. Based within commuting distance of our London or Barcelona hub.
