About GeneralMind

GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics. Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows. Tasks Work directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand operational workflows and pain points. Translate customer realities into scalable product and platform decisions. Define roadmap priorities across platform, workflow, and AI capabilities. Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture and product tradeoffs. Drive product thinking around AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise operations. Identify recurring patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product abstractions. Help define the long-term platform strategy of the company. Improve how we capture, operationalise, and learn from customer feedback.
