SAP PLM Consultant

SAP PLM Consultant needed! Location: Stuttgart Working model: Hybrid, with approximately 3 days per week on-site Employment: Permanent, full-time We are currently supporting an established international organisation in finding an experienced SAP professional to join its internal IT team. Your Responsibilities Design, optimise and further develop SAP PLM processes, with a particular focus on material master data and engineering change management Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions Analyse existing processes and data flows and identify opportunities for improvement Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications Collaborate with teams across Production, Engineering, R&D and IT Support the implementation of projects and new solutions, including testing and user acceptance Contribute your SAP expertise to wider S/4HANA transformation activities Work with internal teams and external IT partners to deliver effective solutions Act as a knowledgeable business partner for stakeholders across different areas of the organisation Your Profile 5+ years of professional experience in SAP PLM, particularly in the design and optimisation of PLM processes Strong knowledge of material master data and engineering change management Good knowledge of SAP MM Knowledge of SAP QM and/or SD is an advantage Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable ABAP development experience is a plus, but not essential Knowledge of SAP DMS and Workflow would be beneficial Strong understanding of both business processes and SAP solutions Experience working with multiple stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication and consulting skills Fluent German (C1+) and business-fluent English A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach Comfortable taking ownership of projects and working collaboratively with different teams What is Offered Permanent position within an established international organisation Hybrid working model with regular on-site collaboration Flexible working arrangements Opportunities for professional development and further training Attractive employee benefits Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to contribute to major SAP transformation and digitalisation initiatives Interested?
