About The Role

We're hiring Associate Data Scientists with a background in Operations Research. You will own the entire process: from ideation and research through to production deployment.

You'll join either our Pricing or Matching team, working alongside other Data Scientists and engineers on challenging, high-impact problems such as dynamic pricing and bipartite matching.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, Data Scientists, designers, and product managers to solve ambiguous problems Research, prototype, and ship ML and optimisation models into production Continuously improve existing algorithms and identify opportunities for new ones Requirements Master's or PhD in Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Science or a closely related field with a focus on optimisation Strong foundation in mathematical optimisation or mathematical programming Solid knowledge of probability & statistics Solid knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and Casual Inference Excellent programming skills in Python and core ML tooling (e.g. SQL,
