Founder's Associate Intern

We're hiring a Founder's Associate intern at Listo. 🚀 Listo is an AI workforce for hospitality. We make hotels discoverable and bookable inside AI, then put agents to work across the hotel on the workflows that move the P&L: revenue, guest communication and operations. We're a small team in London, already working with hotel groups. Now we need someone to help us grow. What you'll work on Growth and business development: events, conferences and partners. Finding the rooms we should be in, and getting us into them. Marketing and content: pushing our story out and turning what we build into content people actually read. Everything in between. It's a generalist role, and no two weeks will look the same. Who we're looking for Early in your career. Some experience in a startup, consulting, VC or marketing is a plus. A self-starter. You don't wait to be told what's next. Independent and responsible. When something is yours, you see it through. Bonus points if you can edit video or design. What you get You work directly with the founders, on everything. Real responsibility from week one. The goal is for this to become a full-time role within 3 to 6 months.
