Odoo 20 Community version ERP Setup

Freelance Odoo 20 Community version Implementation Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Odoo 20 Enterprise freelancer to set up and configure a complete ERP system for our business. We want to manage our entire business through Odoo, from sales and purchasing through manufacturing, quality control, accounting and final delivery. Our preference is to use existing standard Odoo applications and functionality wherever possible. We do not want to pay for custom development or additional modules where the required functionality is already included in Odoo. Required Applications and Areas 1. Sales & CRM Set up customer management, quotations, sales orders and the complete sales process. 2. Accounting & Finance Full accounting setup, including invoicing, bills, payments, bank reconciliation, VAT, financial reporting and all relevant accounting functionality. 3. Purchasing Supplier management, purchase orders, quotations, approvals and automated purchasing. 4. Inventory & Warehouse Complete stock management, warehouse locations, goods receiving, stock movements, barcode functionality and dispatch. 5. Manufacturing & Shop Floor Full manufacturing setup, including BOMs, routing, work centers, manufacturing orders, production scheduling and the Odoo Enterprise Shop Floor application. 6. Quality Control Quality inspections for incoming materials, production processes and finished products, including quality alerts and reporting. 7. Human Resources Employee management, attendance, holidays, recruitment, expenses, timesheets and other relevant R applications. 8. AI integration OCR for documents and Ai chatbot to help out with all the tasks. What We Expect Complete installation and configuration of Odoo 20 Enterprise. Installation and configuration of all relevant standard applications. Integration between all departments and applications. Import of agreed existing business data.
