Analysis Promotion Virtual Assistant

I need an organised, marketing-savvy assistant who can turn my weekly analysis and insights into attention-grabbing content and make sure it reaches the right audience. Right now the top priority is promotion: distilling each fresh piece of analysis into short, punchy LinkedIn posts and pushing that same insight to my email list. I already have a small but engaged following; what I’m missing is the consistent, polished output that keeps them coming back. Your core responsibilities • Craft 3–5 concise LinkedIn posts per week (quick hook, clear takeaway, one or two relevant hashtags). • Schedule and post through LinkedIn’s native tools or Buffer/Hootsuite—whatever you prefer. • Repurpose the best post into a brief newsletter section and queue it in Mailchimp. • Track basic metrics (views, clicks, list growth) so we can adjust tone and timing. Nice-to-have skills If you’re comfortable whipping up simple charts in Excel, Tableau or Python, that’s a bonus—clean visuals make my points land faster and save me time. Down the line I’ll also lean on you for light website updates and occasional client outreach, so flexibility and curiosity will serve you well. Additional: Soon I will be working at a 2 week conference, and will need help organising my calendar, booking appointments and researching opportunities for client engagement. Acceptance criteria • Posts are delivered no later than 24 hours after I share the raw analysis. • Copy stays within 220 words, free of grammatical errors, and reflects my analytical yet accessible voice (I’ll send samples). • Newsletter test email shows correct formatting and functional links before it goes live.
